考虑不确定性的配电网联络线效能分析
Efficiency Analysis of Tie Lines in Distribution Networks Considering Uncertainty
针对"低效"甚至"无效"联络线在故障情况下不能真正起到负荷转供的问题,并且考虑到风电的大规模接入给联络线带来的不确定性波动,提出一种考虑不确定性的配电网联络线能效评估方法。首先,从联络线容量、备用电源容量和风电不确定性波动3方面分析联络线安全转供负荷能力的影响因素;其次,基于网架多断面潮流计算序列,建立时序联络线效能分析计算流程,根据计算结果求得有效转供域;最后,通过华东某地区实际电网算例对所提方法的有效性进行验证,并进行联络线效能分析的应用探讨。
Aiming at the problem that "inefficient" or even "ineffective" tie lines cannot really play a role in load transfer under fault conditions, and considering the uncertainty fluctuations brought by the large-scale access of wind power to the tie lines, an energy efficiency evaluation method for tie lines in distribution networks considering uncertainty is rasied. Firstly, the influencing factors of the safety transfer capacity of the tie line are analyzed from three aspects: the capacity of the tie line, the capacity of the backup power source, and the uncertainty fluctuation of wind power. Secondly, based on the multi-section power flow calculation sequence of the grid, a time series connection line performance analysis calculation process is established, and the effective transfer area is obtained based on the calculation results. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by an example of an actual power grid in a region in East China, and the application of tie-line efficiency analysis was discussed.
