基于时序生产模拟的光伏接入容量研究
Research on Photovoltaic Access Capacity Based on Time Series Production Simulation
随着城市电网中光伏容量不断攀升,其容量规划问题的研究也迫在眉睫。该文考虑光伏出力与城市负荷的时序关系,结合火电机组的调频限制,利用混合整数线性规划法建立一种基于时序生产模拟的光伏容量规划模型。规划目标为在满足负荷需求下综合发电成本最低,包括火电机组调频成本和弃光成本。最后,以中国某地区实测数据为例,验证了该方法的有效性,同时分析了光伏接入容量与负荷类型的关系,为城市电网光伏容量规划提供了参考。
With the increasing of photovoltaic capacity in urban power grid, the research on capacity planning is also imminent. In this paper, considering the time sequence relationship between photovoltaic output and urban load, combined with the frequency regulation limitation of thermal power units, a photovoltaic capacity planning model based on time series production simulation is established by using mixed integer linear programming method. The planning goal is to meet the load demand, and the comprehensive power generation cost is the lowest, including the cost of frequency regulation and light abandonment of thermal power units. Finally, taking the measured data of a certain region in China as an example, the effectiveness of this method is verified, and the relationship between photovoltaic access capacity and load type is analyzed, which provides a reference for photovoltaic capacity planning of urban power grid.
