本文亮点

为有效解决新能源大数据平台在使用过程中存在的大量数据问题,发电企业需组织开展有效的数据治理工作。针对发电企业建立的企业级新能源大数据中心在风电数据价值挖掘、数据质量提升以及管理落实过程中存在的数据治理问题,提出一种基于数据标准化的风电数据治理体系,核心内容包括数据标准、数据质量管理、数据全过程周期管理、数据安全等。该体系在中国大唐集团新能源监控与大数据中心进行了部署实施,通过开展数据标准化工作形成一个完整的数据治理平台及辅助保障措施(制度、管理规范和技术标准),有效提升集团新能源监控与大数据中心风电数据质量,可为其他企业级新能源数据中心数据治理提供参考。

In order to effectively solve the large number of data problems existing in the use of new energy big data platform, power generation enterprises need to organize and carry out effective data governance. For power generation enterprises to establish a new energy enterprise large data centers in wind power value to data mining, data quality raise and manage data governance problems in the implementation process, put forward a kind of wind data management system based on data standardization, the core content, including data standard, data quality management, the whole process of cycle management, data security, etc. The system has been deployed and implemented in the new energy monitoring and big data center of China Datang group. Through the data standardization work, a complete data governance platform and auxiliary support measures (systems, management norms and technical standards) have been formed to effectively improve the group's new energy monitoring and big data center wind power data quality. It can provide reference for data governance of other enterprise-level new energy data centers.
