摘要

智能配电网是未来配电系统发展的重要方向,对其综合效益进行科学评估是智能配电网规划决策中面临的重要问题。由构成智能配电网的不同子系统入手,从经济、环境和安全角度出发,基于层次分析法构建多层次的指标体系,提出了智能配电网综合效益指标体系,并给出了微观效益层指标的量化计算公式。以各宏观效益指标层的效益成本比作为效益评分的状态值,结合不同系统的权重计算智能配电网的综合效益评分。通过某产城一体化园区进行算例分析可知,该评估方法可以为智能配电网的综合效益评估提供参考。

Abstract

Smart distribution network (SDN) becomes an important trend for development of distribution systems, which calls for the scientific evaluation on the overall benefit of SDN planning. A comprehensive benefits framework for SDN, based on analytical hierarchy process (AHP), was proposed in perspective of economic, environmental and security to build the multi-level index system and propose the quantitative calculation method of micro-benefit index. Taking the benefit-cost ratio of macro-benefit index as status value of benefits assessment, the comprehensive benefits of SDN was computed with the weight of different systems. Case study results show that the proposed assessment framework can be effectively introduced for comprehensive benefits assessment of SDN.
