大型海上风电场并网过电压问题及抑制措施研究
Grid Access Overvoltage and Restrain Measures for Large-Scale Offshore Wind Farm
随着海上风电的开发,大规模的海上风电将并入电网,由于海上风电机组出力的随机性及长距离海缆容性充电功率特性,将导致海上风电场及系统侧过电压问题,对海上风电场及电网的安全运行带来重大影响。有必要对海上风电的并网过电压进行研究,通过对海上风电场过电压问题的深入分析,提出过电压问题的抑制措施,可以为海上风电场应对过电压问题提供参考,指导海上风电场的的合理规范并网,为海上风电场的设计特别是系统方案的设计提供技术支撑,实现海上风电与沿海电网的协调发展。
With the development of offshore wind farm, large-scale offshore wind farm is to access to grid. Considering the random feature of power output and capacitive charging power of long distance submarine cable, the overvoltage problem occurs in offshore wind farm system, bringing great influences to the safe operation of offshore wind farms and power grid. It's essential to discuss the overvoltage of offshore wind farm, so as put forward the restrain measures. This takes great reference for the offshore wind farm accessing to grid, providing technical support for the design and coordinated development of coastal power grid and offshore wind farm.
