摘要

电动汽车充换电设施是电动汽车重要的能量补给来源,充换电设施的合理规划建设和高效的商业服务模式成为推动电动汽车普及的关键。文章结合我国近年电动汽车推广实情,分析、探讨适合我国未来发展的电动汽车充换电服务模式。首先介绍了电动汽车常规充电、快速充电和换电模式的特点及国内、外电动汽车充换电设施发展现状。总结我国在电动汽车发展过程中出现过的充换电服务模式,以及电动汽车充换电设施在建设和运营中存在的问题。用创新性思维全新审视电动汽车充换电服务模式,提出充分利用互联网优势,统筹规划,合理布局电动汽车充换电设施建设的思想,此举可以提高充换电设施的使用效率,营造一个综合的智能化网络服务模式,推动电动汽车产业快速、健康、高效地发展。

Abstract

The charging facilities are the important sources of energy supply for electric vehicles. Reasonable planning and construction of the charging facilities and efficient commercial service mode play a crucial role in the popularization of electric vehicles. Combined with the promotion of Chinese electric vehicles in recent years, the suitable electric vehicle charging service model for the future development in China is analyzed and discussed. This paper introduces the characteristics of the conventional charging, fast charging and changing mode of electric vehicles and the current situation of the development of charging facilities at home and abroad. The charging and switching modes that have emerged in the electric vehicle development process in China are summarized, and the problems in the construction and operation process of electric vehicle charging facilities are discussed. The electric vehicle charging service model should be surveyed with a new visual and an innovative thinking. An idea of making full use of the Internet, overall planning and distributing rationally the electric vehicle charging facilities is introduced. The proposed method can improve the efficiency of charging facilities and create an integrated intelligent network service model to promote the fast, healthy and efficient development of electric vehicle industry.
