双馈风电场新型无功电压控制策略研究
A New Strategy of Reactive Power and Voltage Control for DFIG in Wind Farm
针对风能随机变化的特性以及双馈风力发电机动态无功调节能力随有功功率的变动而存在的波动性,提出一种新型的无功电压控制策略。该策略首先基于风功率预测数据对电容器进行投切控制,进而分析双馈风机的PQ关系曲线,并配合静止无功补偿器对风电场进行实时的功率调控,实现无功电压的控制。该改进可显著提高并网点电压的合格率,减少电容器的投切次数。实时风速扰动风电场系统的仿真结果验证了上述策略的正确性和有效性。
According to the random variation characteristics of wind energy and the fluctuation of dynamic reactive power regulation of DFIG along with the variation of active power, this paper proposes a new control strategy for reactive power and voltage. In this strategy, the scheme of switching of capacitor bank is pre-performed based on the predicted wind power, then based on the analysis on the PQ curve of DFIG, by regulating the reactive power of wind farm in real time with SVC; it implements the reactive power and voltage control. Therefore, this improvement can enhance voltage quality and reduce capacitor responding times. The simulation results of a real time wind speed disturbance wind farm system show that the control strategy is effective and feasible.
