用户侧综合能源系统评估指标体系及其应用
Evaluation Indexes of User Side Integrated Energy System and Its Application
针对用户侧综合能源系统评估指标缺乏系统研究的现状,从综合能源系统整体性能出发,从能源效率、成本效益、供能质量、环境保护4方面提出了科学、系统的评估指标体系,基于时序模拟和序贯蒙特卡洛模拟给出了各指标的计算方法。以北方某城市商住混合区综合能源系统为例进行了仿真分析,验证了所提出评估指标体系的有效性,结果表明所提出的评估指标体系可以为用户侧综合能源系统规划方案决策提供依据。
Owing to the lack of comprehensive evaluation index system of the integrated energy system (IES) at user side, starting from the overall performance of IES, this paper proposes a scientific and systematic evaluation index system considering four aspects, including the energy efficiency, cost effective, power quality and environmental protection. The calculation methods of each index are given based on timing simulation and sequential Monte Carlo simulation. A commercial and residential mixed area in northern city of China is taken as an example for simulation analysis to verify the effectiveness of the proposed evaluation indicator system. The simulation results show that the proposed evaluation index system can be used as the basis of planning scheme decision for IES at user side.
