摘要

微电网接入配电网,对配电网的运行与控制带来了新的挑战。以往对微电网的研究,主要针对微电网模型方面,而涉及含多个微电网的配电网的运行维护研究还欠缺。首先,研究了含多个光伏微电网的配电网的运维特征;然后,结合华中某市配网项目的实际情况,设计了正常运行情况与多种故障情况下的运行方案,对故障问题提出了相应的解决措施,并将相关措施在当地进行了现场测试。现场测试结果证明了解决方案的有效性,测试结果对含多个光伏微电网的主动配电网的运行维护有一定的指导意义。

Abstract

Micro-grid access to distribution network brings new challenges to the operation and control of distribution network. Previous studies on micro-grid mainly focus on the micro-grid model, but the research on the operation and maintenance of distribution network with multiple micro-grids is still few. Firstly, this paper studies the operation and maintenance characteristics of distribution network with multiple photovoltaic micro-grids. Then, combined with the situation of a distribution network project in Central China, the operation schemes under normal operation conditions and various fault conditions are proposed. The corresponding solutions of the fault conditions are put forward and tested in the field. The field test results verify the effectiveness of the solutions proposed for the fault conditions, which has a certain guiding significance for the operation and maintenance of the active distribution network with multiple photovoltaic micro-grids.
