Double Reheat Ultra-Supercritical Technology with Cross-Compound, High and Low Positioned Steam Turbounit
The development of China's coal-fired power generation is facing great challenges for CO2 emission reduction under the double pressure of both serious smog and climate change. The roadmap and technologies of coal-fired power generation were studied to meet the increasingly strict requirements for greater capacity, higher steam parameters, higher efficiency, lower coal consumption, lower emission and more intelligent. It is inevitable for ultra-supercritical (USC) technology to develop from 600 ℃ to 700 ℃ level and from single reheat to double reheat. The status, problems and solutions were discussed for conventional 1 000 MW double reheat USC technology. Specific emphasis was put on 1 350 MW double reheat USC with the Cross-compound, High and Low Positioned steam turbine unit. The performance of this solution was compared with that of 1 000 MW double reheat USC.
