Island Isolated Microgrid Grid Design with Distributed Power Supply

Abstract

The distributed power supply has the characteristics of fluctuation, randomness and uncontrollability. The isolated island microgrid has various power sources and loads, which imposes more restrictions on the design of the grid. To this end, a microgrid grid design method including distributed power supply is proposed. Based on the photovoltaic system model, wind speed probability model, wind turbine model and load probability model, the probabilistic mathematical model of distributed power supply is applied to the island isolated microgrid planning. The output characteristics of the distributed power supply are quantified and the configuration is rationally optimized, the operating efficiency of the power grid is effectively improved, the operating cost is reduced, the power loss is reduced, the economy is realized, and the power supply reliability of the isolated microgrid is effectively improved.
