Research on Development Mode and Risks of Distributed Photovoltaic Projects Developed by State-Owned Enterprises
Distributed new energy power generation is low-carbon, clean, adaptable to local conditions, and has great development potential. It is an important way to address climate change, depletion of fossil energy resources and environmental pollution, promoting the energy revolution, and realizing my country's "30·60" carbon dioxide emission and carbon neutrality. As the backbone of China's national economy, state-owned enterprises play an irreplaceable role in promoting the rapid and healthy development of distributed new energy in China. In this paper, the development status of China's distributed photovoltaic industry is systematically sorted out, the characteristics of different distributed photovoltaic project customer types and their profitability models are summarised, the possible risks faced by different development models and the advantages and disadvantages of state-owned enterprises participating in the development of distributed photovoltaic projects are analysed. The research results provide a reference for the issue of state-owned enterprises developing distributed photovoltaic projects.
