Economic Calculation of Storage Configuration Scheme for New Energy Side in the Electric Power Spot Market Environment
Energy storage is an important supporting means for the development of the power system towards a high proportion of renewable energy. With the continuous increase in renewable energy generation, the development of power side energy storage technology is of great significance. Firstly, based on the analysis of the domestic electricity market environment, taking Shanxi Province as an example, this paper conducts an analysis of the benefits, assessment policies, and energy storage demand of new energy power stations in the electricity energy market and the "Two Detailed Rules" . Then, a revenue calculation model is established with the goal of maximizing energy storage revenue, taking into account factors such as electricity prices, excess profit recovery, and power prediction accuracy assessment. Finally, the benefit of new energy side energy storage has been simulated and calculated. The result indicates that different energy storage configuration schemes have significant differences in investment economics.
