Major News! Distributed Energy Officially Launches on SciOpen Platform!
       
       Recently, the journal Distributed Energy has officially joined the SciOpen international digital publishing platform. This move marks a crucial step forward in promoting open science and enhancing the journal's international influence, while also providing global energy scholars with high-quality Chinese academic resources.
Distributed Energy focuses on cutting-edge fields such as low-carbon energy technologies, distributed power generation and microgrids, new energy storage technologies and applications, virtual power plants, integrated energy systems, and clean, efficient power generation. Since its inception, the journal has been committed to publishing original, forward-looking research with practical application value. By launching on the SciOpen platform, the journal will fully leverage the platform's advanced AI technology and international dissemination capabilities to significantly increase the global visibility of Chinese scientific journals, offering readers a smarter and more convenient reading experience.
About SciOpen
        SciOpen is an international digital publishing platform for scientific journals independently developed by Tsinghua University Press, supported by the "China Science and Technology Journal Excellence Action Plan" and Tsinghua University. It officially launched in June 2022.
Based on mainstream international publishing standards, the platform integrates intelligent tools such as the GLM-4 large model. It supports the full-chain digital production, management, release, operation, promotion, and mobile services for scientific journals. The platform comprehensively covers current mainstream publishing models—including pre-publication, online first, issue publication, and continuous publication—as well as new models like enhanced publication, combined publication, virtual special issues, and data publication.
To date, SciOpen has aggregated over 200 high-level scientific journals, more than 70,000 academic papers, and over 14,000 digital resource entries. Covering disciplines ranging from science, engineering, and medicine to agriculture and the social sciences, the platform serves users in over 190 countries and regions worldwide.
